Gibbston Valley Vineyards
The Gibbston Valley is a hot spot for great New Zealand Wines, we can recommend a celler door or if you have a favourite we can arrange a private tasting.
The Crown Range
The Crown Range is New Zealand's most elevated highway, so prepare yourself for some outrageously beautiful views of Arrowtown, Lake Hayes, Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu as we spiral our way up into the tussock-covered hills.
Gibbston Valley Cheese
Located in Queenstown's Valley of Vines, high in the southern mountains, Gibbston Valley Cheese specializes in sheep, cow and goat cheeses crafted in the European style. The only cheesery among the wineries of the region, this unique experience features a cafe, retail chop and complimentary tastings of Gibbston Valley Cheese range.
World-famous Cardrona Hotel
The historic Cardrona Hotel was built in 1863 and must surely be one of Central Otago's most photographed buildings. You'll see why! Its quaint, ambient style has featured in many wedding albums around the world. It also happens to have its very own brew - Cardrona Ale, which will be served to you in an ice cold glass. Aaah!
The Cardrona Distillery
Located in the Cardrona Valley the Cardrona Distillery is the regions only distillery. Come and learn the art of making hand-distilled artisan spirits. Your guide will take you through every step of the distillery process, from milling, mashing, fermentation, distillation and maturation. Finish with a tasting of the Cardrona artisan spirits.

Originally from Belgium (Beer Capital) so booked the Craft Beer Tour to see what New Zealand has to offer concerning it's Beers and I was not disappointed!
We tasted a couple of Beers, had an amazing tour and tasting at the distillery in Wanaka and finished with a Wine tasting in Arrowtown.
Cathy was our driver and you can really see that she loves what she's doing! Great commentaries and little stories of the areas visited. To summarize, Definitely worth booking if wanting to discover the surroundings while enjoying some nice drinks in good company ;)
“Probably Best Tour In Queenstown/ Wanaka!” TripAdviser
Craft beer and distillery tour a hit!”
Waking up with rain in the morning we were initially disappointed that the popular excursions would not work. Then we found this tour and OMG what an absolute winner! Better than anything else we could have done. Wayne the owner drove us through breathtaking beauty to little towns and pubs steeped in history and character and improved by the great atmosphere and great beer!! What an absolute winner! I can recommend this as one of the best tours Queenstown offers! Thank you Wayne! What a brilliant friendly and knowledgable host. Will be back!
Wayne did an excellent job of not only providing several options of local beer tasting, but also a memorable sight seeing tour of the Queenstown, Arrowtown and Wanaka areas. The timing between stopping at brew houses / bars and scenic areas was spot on - perfect mix. Would recommend this tour to anyone who has a half day to spare in the Queenstown area. - Jeremy & Julia - Sept 2016
